1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing hallmarkrealtors.in or engaging Hall Mark Realtors ("Company") for real estate brokerage services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Brokerage Services

Hall Mark Realtors provides real estate brokerage services including facilitation of property purchases, sales, and rentals across Mumbai and surrounding regions. We act as an intermediary between buyers/sellers/landlords/tenants and do not hold title to any property listed on our platform.

3. The 1% Brokerage Policy — Core Commitment

Our defining commitment to clients is a flat 1% brokerage fee applicable to all transactions: • Purchase / Sale transactions: 1% of the final agreed transaction value. • Rental transactions: 1% of the total annual rent (or as mutually agreed in writing). • This fee is payable upon successful completion of the transaction (registration or agreement execution). • No upfront fee, no retainer, and no hidden service charge shall be levied. • This policy is binding on all Hall Mark Realtors representatives and agents. • Any deviation from this policy requires written approval from a director of the Company. Clients are encouraged to request a written brokerage agreement before engaging our services.

4. Property Listings

Property information on this website is provided for informational purposes. Prices, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice. Hall Mark Realtors does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party listing information and recommends independent verification before any financial commitment.

5. Client Obligations

Clients agree to: provide accurate personal and financial information; not approach property owners or counterparties directly after being introduced through Hall Mark Realtors during the active engagement period; disclose any existing brokerage relationships; and pay the agreed 1% fee upon successful transaction completion.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hall Mark Realtors shall not be liable for: financial losses arising from market fluctuations; builder or developer delays; inaccuracies in third-party information; or failure to complete a transaction due to circumstances beyond our control. Our maximum liability is limited to the brokerage fee received.

7. RERA Compliance

Hall Mark Realtors operates in compliance with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA). Our RERA registration number is MAHARERA-A12345. Clients may verify our registration at maharera.mahaonline.gov.in.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
